Castleton Construction Management, LLC was formed 15 years ago as a construction management company with the objective of building quality residential units while providing the best in customer service and attention to detail for its clients.  Since the founding of Castleton we have constructed over 125 homes in the front range of Colorado.

Castleton Construction Management is owned by Michael “Mike” Welch.  Mike graduated from the University of Denver in 1966 with a degree in Construction Management and Real Estate.  During his 45-year career he has constructed over 2500 homes.  In addition, Mike has built homes in almost every municipality in the Denver area.

Mike takes pride in the fact that during his career he has never missed one month of construction interest on a loan, never had a lien filed against him or any of his projects, and never filed an insurance claim.  The reason for this is because Mike has an excellent group of subcontractors that have been with him for 25-40 years.

Mike has constructed hundreds of detached homes, a 30-unit duplex project, a 10-unit multi-family project, several patio home projects and numerous one-of-a-kind high-end custom homes.  He was the first builder to buy a lot and do a “scrape” in the Observatory Park area in South Denver.  He has built homes in every price range from the mid-$100,000s to over $3 million.  He has completed projects on his own, for individuals, and for investors, as well as numerous remodels and additions.

Currently Mike is building a 3 million dollor custom home in the 2010 HBA Parade.
