Owner: Mike WelchMike is a third generation Colorado Native born and raised in Southeast Denver.  He graduated from Cherry Creek High School and the University of Denver.  He holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Construction Management and Real Estate.

Besides family and friends, Mike enjoys Colorado's history, including the history of Denver.  He also enjoys restoring old cars, and has owned, built or restored over 200 old cars.  He travels to attend car shows and events.

Mike has two children and three grand children.  His wife Connie has two sons.

Mike is a 3rd generation Colorado native. He and his sister donated land to Arapohoe County for a park, which his entire neighborhood enjoys.

Mike served in the U.S. Army for six years and is active in veteran causes.

He is a member of the HBA and previously served three terms as chairman of the Arapahoe County Coordinating Committee, twice as Chairman of the Code Revision Committee and twice as head of the Sewer and Water Committee.  Mike has helped to built two prior Parades of Homes, and two Street of Dreams, and is very active in the industry.
